Blue Kiss LLC was formed in Studio City, in Fall 2001 as an independent film production company. Since our inception, we have grown to include a commercial division and our recently inaugurated audio book company.
Director/Writer Worth Keeter (iMDb) began his career in the mid-seventies working on independent feature films. His talents garnered the attention of pioneering producer Earl Owensby of North Carolina, who employed Keeter as a Director and Vice-President of Production for EO Studios, which went on to produce more than thirty feature films, including the Academy Award winning "Reuben, Reuben," and the underwater epic, "The Abyss." Since relocating to Los Angeles, Keeter has directed over twenty feature films and over 100 television episodes to his credit. He also recently directly several spots for Rembrandt for MTV.
Executive Producer/Actor Talmadge Ragan (iMDb) has worked in various capacities in advertising, a commercial, and industrial productions in New York and in L.A. and throughout the country as Producer, Production Coordinator and Casting Director. An independent producer, she attracted an impressive list of National and Regional clients, including AT&T, Burger King, Toys R Us, Long John Silver's, Kal Kan, and Cheerios. She was also an Associate Producer on the Olympic Equestrian documentary "Jumpers." Working with the American Film Institute, she has worked in casting numerous projects with the Masters Fellows' projects, the Directing Workshop for Women,the Film Camp for Girls, the 2nd year Writing program and numerous independent SAG films.

Eli On Ice, written by Worth Keeter is a full length action/comedy about a young man who gets involved with some quirky characters after he unwittingly discovers the head of a rock star in the trunk of his car.
The Forever Kiss, written by Worth Keeter, is a vampire movie with Robert Conrad, Larry Manetti and Liane Curtis attached.
The Witch of Rose Hill, written by Worth Keeter, is a unique thiller set in rural U.S.
